How To Apply Fondant Beads (Not As A Border)

I was asked to make a cake with beads all over the cake. But they want all fondant, even the little beads. What would be the best way to apply them? The cake has to travel 3 hours.

You can use a bit of Royal Icing to stick them on the cake. icon_smile.gif
