I have to use my marg/butter from larger quantaties and I am needing to know how much 2 sticks of butter is.

I am trying to make the rolled dark chocolate cookies by Pumkinwaffle (sorry if I have your name wrong as I did not write it down before I started this post). But it calls for 2 sticks unsalted butter (she used blue bonnet margaringe)soft. I made this recipe last year and it turned out ok, but do you think I can remember how much 2 sticks convert to? icon_redface.gif

Thanks in advance
Janice

2 sticks=1cup
1 cup=8oz.
8oz=1/2lb (butter and margarine weigh the same).
