I am making this cake by a fellow cc'er for a lady having triplets. I am also making it for a singleton baby shower. I know that the original artist said she used rkt for the heads, but my clients would like cake. I was thinking of using a 9x13 and leveling off the mini doll pan cakes for the heads. Do you think that will work ok? I have measured and it seems to be ok. Just wondering what others think! Also, do you think she used brown pipe cleaner for hair? I have pm'd her but she isn't active anymore, so just asking here!

That does look like pipe cleaners for the hair. If you looked at your sheet pan and and mini doll pans together and it looks like the right proportions, go for it. A large cupcake might work as well. I personally would just pipe the hair with icing, rather than using pipe cleaners. Good luck.
