I was beating my pan of batter on the counter to get the big air bubbles out before baking.
My husband warned me to put it on a cutting board first. He says he has cracked the formica before without meaning to(he used to be a carpenter).
Good tip.
Then he said what I was doing was called "jitterbugging" like what they do to concrete with a vibrator.
So he suggested I get the massager out (we have one that fits on your palm with a flat curved attatchment for shoulders) I "jitterbugged" the batter and it worked great without beating it on my countertop!
Just news from the weird.
