I agree with Janett. This person can either make or hurt your business. Keep the $4. credit for her next order. You know that the cookies were good just as she does, sometimes people have a hard time expressing their feelings, maybe telling you that you have done a great job makes her feel belittled.
"She can treat you you like dirt only with your permission".
You know your value, so it should not bother you what she thinks.
I say kill her, but with kindness!
