Quick question:
My recipe for my frosting calls for a 2lb bag of powder sugar. I get the large back from Sams, and I don't know exactally how many cups is in a 2lb bag! Could someone please help me! I don't have a scale either...thanks!!!!

The 7lb bag has approximately 28 cups. I purchase the large from Sam's then place 4 cups each into plastic bags.
