Hi I am making a cake for a party this weekend and it's going to be a fudge marble cake. I would like to get diffrent ideas for a cake filling please.

I think Caramel/ caramel mousse would be nice. whipped ganache might also be nice. Raspberry filling, or strawberry filling - yum!!!

I like a plain 'ol fudge chocolate with this cake. But the caramel sounds good too.

I think cherry filling or peanut butter filling would be good.

I agree with the whipped ganache and I also like the Chocolate kahlua filling

I'm doing a chocolate cake this weekend and I am going to add a layer of chocolate cheesecake in the center. Or you could make a chocolate cheesecake mousse.

chocolate mousse is always great for marble cake..and fudge too!

Or just plain cheesecake filling... I like the caramel idea, or just mold a piece of fudge in the shape of your cake and stick it in the middle! Mmmm...

There is a caramel recipe here on cc that is wonderful. I used it in a spice cake but I bet it would be great in your fudge.

My favorite filling to put with a fudge marble cake is banana pudding. icon_biggrin.gif
