Hi, I am new to the cake decorating hobby and was wondering if anyone knows or uses a recipe for pudding icing that can be used for decorating and have the decorations last like buttercream icing??
Sure, dump your favorite flavor of instant pudding mix into any plain buttercream icing recipe. Whip well. You might have to add a bit more milk or cream to get your consistancy right.
Thanks!! i will try that. My husband doesn't like the buttercream icing and likes something more like a pudding icing similar to the frozen mcain cakes lol.
