what is the trick to getting fondant to cover a round cake smoothly, alhtough i could get the top and most of sides covered neatly, when it came to getting it around the towards the back i had all this extra fondant and no idea what to do with it, i cut it and made a seem, (i guess that's what you could call it) i was just wondering if there was a better way to go about it, am i making sense??
