Hi,
I've been asked to cater (for free, but being reimbursed for ingredients!) a breakfast tomorrow for a support group for the newly unemployed. ![]()
I have to feed 75 people.
Anyway, I'm baking a ton of different breads -- banana, pumpkin, carrot, zucchini, etc. I have run out of vegetable oil. Can I substitute canola oil, or will that change the taste?
