I have 10lbs of guittard premium bittersweet chocolate and I don't know what to do with it. Any suggestions are appreciated

I would either use it for truffles or for a flourless chocolate cake! Yum icon_smile.gif If you need recipes I can look and post some tomorrow....

Oh my..I always have problems finding good chocolate here. Yes Ganache, Chocolate chip cookies, Chcoclate hazlenut truffle tart, Brownies, Indulgence cake (simular to flourless, this one comes from KA flour). I buy 10k every month and it always has a place to go. I Love chocolate!
