Earlene's Serving Chart Question

When using Earlene's serving chart, does she cut 1"x2.5" pieces?
And if I'm making a half shhet cake 11x15 will it yield approximately,how many pieces?
WIlton's chart cuts slices 1x2???? Just wondering which is best to use.

I prefer to go by the Wilton charts. Earlene's charts are very generous servings and I'd prefer to make more $$ per cake, ya know what I mean icon_smile.gif?

ditto. go with Wilton, especially for caterer-cut cakes.. they are cutting the Wilton slices anyway even if you charged for Earlene's. Don't leave money on the table.

Is there a chart that actually shows servings/pan sizes? I went to the Wilton website but I could only find the cutting chart.
