Thank you all. You guys are the best. It was a breeze. The guy was very helpful. I am so relieved. I do not have to look over my shoulder and I can build my business the right way. Being apart of this forum has been one of the best things I've done. So anybody who wants to bake at home you can do it if you are able to do so in your state icon_biggrin.gif

I do have a quick question...did you have to have a bay sink & did they say anything about what kind of counter tops you have?

I have the two sinks and he did not say anything about my counters top. I just need to make labels for my tarts and pastries.

CONGRATULATIONS! I'm so happy for you. I am also based out of Richmond (Chesterfield County) VA. I have a very old kitchen & I hope my kitchen will be able to be licensed. They should be sending me the mail soon. Wish me luck!
