Hi all, I was wondering for how long I can still use the Self-Raising flour after onpening it. Mine has been opened for more than 2 months, the expiry date is still good. Can I still use it?
As long as it is in-date and has been stored in an air-tight container, it should be fine. I know it takes me longer than 2 months to use up a bag of my biscuit flour, which is self-rising.
