Milk Chocolate-Ideas Please

Hi!
I have about 2 pounds of Hershey's milk chocolate santas (they were on sale for less than $1 a pound after Christmas). I would like to use it to make something fo a bake sale, but I am not sure what. I don't want to have to temper it, so I was thinking of some kind of cake, or ganache for a cake? The only ganache I have ever made was from the Death By Chocolate cookbook and it used semi sweet.
Our bake sale is for Valentine's Day. I'm thinking of taking pre-orders for mini cakes for this and wanted to offer a choice of a chocolate type cake and a WASC with buttercream.
Thanks!
Barbaranne
