Do I need to have this for my kitchen inspection? Inspection tomorrow.

I would say yes. otherwise, how do they know if your sanitizing water has the correct ratio in it?
I have the Eco-Lab automatic dispensing equipment, so I only check mine about once a month, just to make sure the dispenser is working correctly. The equipment was free as long as I buy their soaps thru Sysco.

If you don't have one though you won't fail. I didn't have them for my initial inspection (they were on order) and it was only 1 point out of 100 points so I got a 99.. 
They will tell you you need them though and you 100% should have them. Most restaurant supply stores will have them or order them online.
