Thanks for that info...if you don't mind telling me, what icing recipe do you use, and where do you get the BakeMark? I just paid $109 for the 50#, including shipping, is that comparable to your cost? I'm hoping that this will not change the way Sugarshack's icing turns out for me.

Ouch. Since I don't pay for shipping, I think I paid $38 for it. Shipping is a KILLER!!
I have made SugarShack's icing with it several times and it comes out just fine, but I have my own recipe that I've been using for the last 10 years that works beautifully with both the trans-fat free Crisco as well as the hi-ratio shortening.

I think you'll be very pleased with the BakeMark shortening. If you ever get a chance, order the Butter-Vanilla emulsion too. That's all I use anymore in my standard buttercream icing.
