I bought my first KA last night I am going to use it this weekend to make royal icing. Any tips that I should know about. Also is the paddle used more than the whisk? Thanks so much for your help!
i use the paddle for most everything. what you should know don't turn up on high with a ton of powdered sugar in it or you will be covered along with everything else in your kitchen.Enjoy your new toy. I know i wouldn't be with out mine.
