How Far In Advance ?

I have wedding favor and have to do 200 sugar cookies with fondant decoration. My question is how far in advance can I bake and decorate them??

They will be put in plastic bags and tied with ribbon!

I would bake and freeze.... start decorating a few days b4 they are needed. I hope that helps thumbs_up.gif
