Mmf White? Help Quickly!

Okay, so I made some MMF and it came out off-white, which I don't even understand, considering that both the powdered sugar and the marshmallows are white. How do I make it pure white? I have a small bottle of Americolor white. Should I use that? Ideally, should some sort of whitener be added in before added the powdered sugar? Thank you!

Not sure why that happened. I would try and add the bright white, not sure how well it will work. Or another option is to add some Violet color...very little. It is supposed to whiten up white.
