why are my cupcakes coming out sorta lopsided lately? do you think my oven temp is off?

mine come out wonky sometimes. maybe if you try turning the pan around halfway through baking? good luck!

yeah, that's the thing! i already do! i have a batch ready to go in now and i'm going to run it without convection and see what happens. dagnabbitt!

oh! my vconvection blows my cupcakes all wonky and i don't use it anymore

I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one who uses the word "wonky." I used it a few weeks ago and my DH looked at me like I was an unknown alien race on Star Trek; and then he laughed.

As for the cupcakes, glad you got it figured out! icon_smile.gif
