Ok, so I'm going to be making some cupcakes on Saturday, and I was just wondering, do you do them the same as cake where you make the top level? (Cutting off the top)
What I do is, when I fill the cupcake cases, I fill then only 2/3. Not to the top. So my cup cakes are domed, which I like. I use my icecream scoop to spoon into the cases. I never cut the tops of the cup cakes.
