Cake As A Weapon???? Huh?

This was on the blotter in my local newspaper today. $500 damage....Must have been some hard cake icon_smile.gif

"Criminal mischief. According to Tionesta-based state police, an unknown individual threw a frozen cake from a truck as it was passing a PennDOT fuel truck at 4:50 p.m. Saturday on Rt. 62, 1.5 miles south of Route 3004 in Tionesta Township, and hit the truck in the grille, causing approximately $500 in damage. Anyone with information is asked to contact state police at 755-3565."

Made me think of the Alfred Hitchcock movie where they did someone in with a frozen leg of lamb, the cooked and ate it.....no weapon - no crime?

Have forks - no crime! unless it was indeed a fruit cake......then they deserve to get caught.

I wonder what the penalty would have been had it been a really messy soft cake.... I had know idea I was baking weapons!!
