Hi Everyone,

Whenever I bake cupcakes, the cases or paper pulls away from the cake. What causes this? Is there anything I can to prevent this from happening? I have even stopped accepting orders because this happens.

I used to have that problem but I find if you use a better paper liner it doesnt happen. I buy my liners from country kitchen they are white on the inside and silver foil on the outside

Better paper and just watching the cook time. It's easy to over bake or under bake a cupcake. I've found that the wrapper will pull away if either of those happen. I also let them cool in the pan before removing them.

GL!

I've never had that happen, but I used Wilton paper liners, never had a problem. Could you try that? Relatively cheap, $1.99 for 75 count and nice designs!
