Does anyone know if a 16" springform pan is available from any manufacturer? I found a 16" cheesecake pan but a springform would work better. Thanks!Cassandra
Hoffritz is supposed to make springform pans that are as large as 16", but I can't find their official website....and other people online just say to check out "restaurant supply stores". I know, not very useful...but they ARE out there!
