Do any of you have a sample invoice I can peek at for selling cakes, etc to cafes, restaurants, etc? I can't use my regular contract order forms... and I really need something for my record. Right now I'm just writing them out, but I need something more professional.

I just created a simple one on Excel.
My invoice is a separate document from my order form, which is a separate document from my Terms of Agreement.
All I put on it is (for example): 4 dz cookies @ $5/dz Total: $20.00 "Tax Exempt certificate on file" (and be sure you have it on file).
