a 12x12x3 pan and a 10x10x3 pan. I got these pans for Christmas from a friend of the family that used to bake cakes 20+ years ago so I have no instructions for the pans. Also, what is the baking time for these pans? I will be baking as soon as I get an answer. TIA

These are Wilton charts which give amount of batter/frosting needed, baking temp. and time, and serving portions by size of pan.

For 2" pans:
