thanks so much for this...you must have been telepathically linked to me since I was just talking about this cake with my hubby. We lived in Metairie for 14 years before Katrina washed us back to my hometown here in Illinois. I was hoping to take your class in Indiana next month, but no go. Hope all is going well in the N.O.!!!
