Yes I noticed but used some tonight and it was fine.

I use DH 90% of the time and have not noticed anything different about it.

I use the DH Devils Food, White, and Spice cakes mixes, and haven't noticed a change. I have noticed that since they took out the trans fats, the mix seems to be a lot clumpier, which could cause problems if you overmix to compensate. I always sift my mixes, though. It's so funny how different people have such different experiences. As one CCer's sig says, one baker's 'never' is another baker's 'always'!
