I would love to try Sugarshack's buttercream recipe, but have no idea where to find high-ratio shortening. I've never noticed it in the regular supermarket. Do you order it on online?

For those of you who live in Utah, is there a local resource for h.r. shortening (Salt Lake area)?

i just ordered the sweetex high ratio shortening from thebakers kitchen-dot-net. im been wanted to trying sugarshacks recipe and just got the sweetex today. cant wait to try it out! HTH
