How Do I Make Baby Converse Shoes Out Of Fondant?

Ive been seeing these cute baby converse shoes in the baby shower cake gallery and was wondering if their was a stensil or cutters for it.
I used the template to make mine. I had to adjust it a little bit. I found the strip to go around the front of the shoes had to be a bit longer..maybe 1/2 inch. The two sides pieces had to flare out a bit at the bottom, so when you wrap them around the bottom piece to meet in he back they would actually touch each other. I used a round tip to make the lace holes, wiggling them around to make the holes bigger. I used a stitching wheel to make the lines.
For the laces, you don't really try to thread them. I put the x's on top of the tongue, then cut the laces to go on top, then pushed them into the holes to look like they were threaded. I made the bows and attached them on top. I hope that makes sense! Oh....I used MMF to make mine. You ca see the picture of the cake in my photos.
