Yes, it's a cake topper. It's actually a butter cookie, but it was specifically made as a cake topper. thumbs_up.gif Of course, to appreciate it's sheer size... that top cake is a 6" square, and I had to put the cookie on it from corner to corner instead of straight so it would fit! The cookie is over 6" wide and well over 8" tall. It's a real masterpiece. She blows my mind!

And hey, I have a mild mannered side... she just comes out to play when my MIL is around. icon_rolleyes.gif

I know what you mean about falling tatas! My DH calls them deflated funbags icon_lol.gif I've always been tiny with HUGE boobies and after my first baby I remember crying and crying. My Gramma asked if I was having a hard time adjusting to being a mom. And I just started laughing and felt stupid because I was crying about how saggy my boobs got icon_lol.gif I was 19, and that's where my thought were. Being a mom was no problem. Now after having 5 kids, I almost drop to the floor when I take my bra off icon_cry.gif well, it's not quite that bad, but it's close.

Nickshalfpint, that makes me think of the scene with the 'Grandma' in the Nutty Professor where 'she' (of course it's Eddie Murphy in drag) says she thought she was a having a heart attack because of the sharp pain in her chest then she looked down and realized she was standing on her own t*tty. Hehehehe.

My gramma says that. She always teases me, because she had 8 kids and her boobs still look fine and she's almost 77.

You let him know that if he doesn't shut up, that 'someone' is gonna be him! Of course, that's how my husband WANTS to go. icon_rolleyes.gif He didn't marry me so much as he married them and he's just learned to live with me over the years. Heheh. icon_razz.gif

Nah, I don't let him see it or I'd never get out of the house. Cakes would be flopping, icing would be grainy, calories running amok. We just can't have that, now can we? icon_rolleyes.gif

And more power to ya honey!! That makes me think of this hilarious comedienne... she is a very full figured african american woman and she had this very full mane of (purchased) hair... she said: This woman walks up to me and says, "That your hair?" and I said, "I still got the receipt!"

Speaking of the things funny things kids say, my 7 year old was helping me fold clothes a couple months ago when he happened upon my undies. (A PAIR OF THONGS) He picks them up and looks at them then at me and proceeds to tell me "Momma, you need to buy you some new unnawears cause the butt's torn off of these." I about choked when I heard it. Now I make sure that none of my bras or undies are in the basket when he helps. I waiting for him to try and put the bra cup on his head!

My DS and DD's favorite move is shark boy and lava girl. well shark boy has gills on his sides that kinda look like little fat rolls. About 2 weeks after I had my baby, when everything is all loose and rolly, my DS asked me if I was part shark. He was dead serious and I just started laughing. He tells everyone that i'm part shark (= ,Y DH had to leave the room, he was laughing so hard he couldn't breath. My DS loves to point out all the flaws in me, and he does it in such a cute way.

When I was young, 7 or 8, we used to go once a week to my great-aunt's house and mom would fix her hair, vacuum, etc. Anyway, mom was helping my aunt get dressed and my aunt would "roll up" her breasts to put them in her bra. icon_eek.gif That's always been a horrible picture in my head but give me a few more years and some weight loss and I'm afraid I'll be there. icon_cry.gif

Back to topic: I NEVER dream about cake, until last night. I was sitting at a cake with several other cakers, could have been you icon_lol.gif and Bronwen Weber was there also. She was talking about being the ICES rep and how many cake shows she has to attend a year. icon_confused.gif I think I dreamed this because I'm going to cake shows in Austin and McKinney, TX and I'm trying to figure out what I'm going to enter. I just need to decide something and go with it.

kay....my funny kid/boobie story.... icon_rolleyes.gif

When my youngest was about 3 I had snuck down to my bathroom to have a soak in the tub, hoping they were all busy and would leave me alone for 5 minutes. I was laying back in the tub, with my eyes closed, and suddenly there was a little nekkid boy climbing in. Well, what was I gonna do? In a minute he reached over and patted my boob. icon_rolleyes.gif I told him "nope, bud". A few seconds later....pat, pat, pat. I said, "NO babe...those are mama's private parts. Stop or you'll have to get out of the tub. He stood up, hands on his little hips, all huffy, and said "mama, I'm not gonna HURT them....I just want to PLAY WITH THEM!". Needless to say, bathtime was over, although I could hardly get out of the tub because I was laughing so hard. It's gotta be in the male DNA...no doubt!!!!

Well as you can tell by my name I do dream of cakes...and I love it!!

But...this is another funny story.
I recently lost all of my hearing in my left ear. They tried everything they could to restore it, but it didn't work. I asked the Dr about a hearing aid and he said "Yes thats an option but most of the younger people don't like them because the give an artificial sound"....So of course my response was...."Look I have fake toe nails, a fake tan, fake finger nails, fake tummy (tummy tuck) fake boobs, fake blond hair and extensions, what makes you think fake sound is going to make a differance to me??? I'll finally have one up on Barbie!!"
I don't think i've ever seen a Dr laugh so hard, his nurse was crying and had to run out before she peed her pants! Great times!

Oh yea and when my son was 5 he brought my thong out of my bedroom in front of my inlaws and said " I don't think these are gonna fit ANYONE!!" We about died! My FIL response was "they sure in the h*ll aren't gonna fit your grandma!"

Yes Melvira I have a very warped sense of humor.
I've been through so much in the last 21 months if I wrote it all out you would think you were reading a very bad tabloid story icon_razz.gif

I have learned to laugh through many things in my life, from childhood on up...boy was my childhood a another tabloid, or maybe CPS file!!!
(no abuse though)
Sometimes I call my mom and say "did such and such happen?"
She just groans and is actually enjoying the fact that I am losing my memory short and long term from hour to hour day to day or whenever it pleases! Did I mention I am recovering from a fractured neck, head injury, severe overdose of narcotics that was actually monitored by a doctor...can't remember what else right now! icon_cry.gif

So I laugh and I have an amazing husband and 3 kids who also love mom losing her mind icon_cool.gif

Hey, at least you're still smiling! That's so important. I've been through a few of those times in my life, where, if I really sat and thought about it I'd go nuts. So I just shrug and chuckle and appreciate that I got through it!! Don't we all have a few of those moments? icon_rolleyes.gif I'm just glad I'm as well adjusted as I actually am. Ok, some of you are shaking your head right now and saying, "Well adjusted?? Melvira?? Yaaaaahhh, not so much!" But trust me, I am! Bizarre sense of humor not withstanding... I just like to keep it entertaining as much as possible!
