are you talking about the dragee thingys? I think so, try a few first?

i think the snowflake sprinkles will melt! The dragees should be ok though.......I've put them on as soon as cookies came out.....never baked them "into" the cookies though.

Some of the sprinkles don't melt but spread out into the cookie dough and when I was a kid, the silver dragees didn't melt at all.

i would definitely do a test run, sometimes heat won't melt dragees but can change the color.
