Number 1 fav. in our house; orange extract added to buttercream. It might sound bad initially, but have you ever had those Pillsbury orange cinnamon rolls? YUM!!! My kids crave this cake/icing combo, and it's a nice change of pace from cream cheese.

My most popular cake so far was a spice cake with cinnamon buttercream. Seriously, it's been months and people are STILL raving about it. I use Loranns oils and just a few drops worked. You want it quite light in flavor, just a hint.

I mixed apple butter with buttercream and it's awesome. I hadn't even heard of it before but just made a spice cake today and thought I'd try it. It's yum-o!

I just made spice cake for Halloween and used cream cheese icing. It was delicious! icon_biggrin.gifthumbs_up.gif
