Well I always keep my ganache in the fridge, and there it will hold up for looonggg and then I can let it sit out till it is softer. since you had it outside, but with the weather being cool (unless you are in the south) ..check to see if it tastes or smells sour, if not then you might be able to swing it. Next time rber to chill your ganache to keep! Good luck.
