So I had a wedding this weekend and my daughter is a fabulous artist and a pretty darned good cake decorater with the only training from watching me over the years. So I teach her how to do a 3 stacked tiered cake this weekend, but I also had a bake sale for our church this weekend too, so we baked several little 6" rounds of various flavors and used the left over cake from the wedding cake top tier (It was a 4" square that I cut from an 8" square so I had an extra 4" 2 layer to use)
I made a gift box cake from the 4" square, but I let my daughter have fun with the 6" rounds.
The Snowman cake was her creation...he is so cute...I am so proud! Kid just might have a future in this biz 
She is in the kitchen right now working on a Mrs. Clause to go along with "Frosty"

She's 23. But only recently decided she might want to do something more with cake decorating.
