I am still having trouble uploading my cookie photos, is anyone else having the same problem, I get to the point of "processing" then that stays on forever. Can anyone help!

I'm having the same problem. Processing goes on and on. I'll just wait until the problem is fixed. Same thing happened a few weeks ago.

I finally got them uploaded. I went to the photo and edited it until it came to under 1 MB.. I think that is what made it work, cause once I did that it worked right away. Give it a try and see if it works for you.

Yes, that was it. If your file is too big it won't upload. I went to shrinkpictures.com and resized the file. We used to get a error message that the file was too big but now it just won't upload. Thanks for figuring it out Amifsud. Fairytale, did you resize yours?? Just wondering.
