Any Good Ideas For Spaghetti Cake Birthday Words?

I am making two birthday cakes for a friend, and would like them to be creative but easy. 
One is probably going to have bees with the words "Happy 'Bee' Day" or "Hap-bee Birthday."
The other I would like to do a spaghetti and meatballs cake, but I can't think of anything clever that's pasta-related to relay a happy birthday message. Does anyone have any idea at all?
