So I was experimenting with ganache (my first time). Tried to pour it on a chocolate cake iced in chocolate buttercream. Well, I guess the ganache was too hot (or I was too heavy handed with it) and the buttercream started melting underneath it.
So I wrote the word "Love" all over it and piped hearts on it, and told Hubby it was a "Chocolate Volcano Cake that was spewing 'love' for him." LOL
Awful in appearance, but still tasty.
