Where Is The Newsletter?

I'm signed up to recieve it and I know I've been so for months now...but I don't think I've ever recieved one. How often do these go out? I have checked my junk mail folder and they aren't there either.

I have been signed up for several months, too, but have never received a newsletter. I just check the archive periodically to make sure I haven't missed anything.
