does anyone know a good tool to properly price cakes. How do you charge for ingredients used, tools purchased and time it takes to assemble the cake order? I tried using the pricing matrix but didn't work. Plus that is just for ingredients and not time and tools purchased.
I use Cake Boss as well. The program is a great tool and their customer service is excellent.
