Another Cake Ball Question...

Hello,
Well i ruined a layer of my hubby's birthday cake..it stuck to the pan !!! anyhow I thought I would make some cake balls for Christmas. I would like to know if I can roll the balls and keep them in the freeze a week or so b4 I dip them?? If so when u dip the balls is it ok to do so if they are completly frozen?

Yes, I freeze mine for the over night and dip the next day. Just an FYI when you dip them frozen the chocolate will set quicker! Just roll them adn put them in a container sealed well and freeze! Good Luck!
