arggggggggg ladies and gents i have been frantically looking for how to "quilt on a cake" .There has to be a pattern ? or done freehand? please help cake is due on tues for last min sample and i am freakin out .

I used an impression mat to get the spots to place pearls in one of my photos. the impression mats can also put lines to give a 'quilted' look.
