I'm making a groom's cake for my cousin (MIL doesn't like fondant so I got aced out of the wedding cake).
She wants a Mimi's Cafe inspired theme since that is where they met (employees) and threw out "cajun" and "Mardi Gras".
She wants the cake uber-wild so I thought I'd ask if anyone here has seen or knows of or has done a crazy cake along the lines of Mardi Gras - pics for inspiration.
