Are you planning on making them with gum paste, RI or BC?

I was thinking of using fondant. I have never used gum paste. I want to make them well in advance so that I have less to worry about.

Fondant would be fine as long as you give it enough time to dry. With gum paste you could roll the petals thinner and it would dry faster but the concept is still the same.

Good luck and please post a pic when your done! icon_smile.gif
