It must be a miss print on the servings, even by Wiltons serving guide this cake feeds 118 people with wedding cake servings or 1x2 in servings. A 6" round only serves 8 more people. So to accommodate 200 you would need to either add more satellite cakes or add a 14" and make it a 4 tiered cake with a 6" round satellite cake that would yield you 204 servings. This in my pricing guidelines would be a level 2 buttercream cake at over 200 servings I charge $4.25 per serving so $867 to serve 204 or shown as is serving 118 it is $6.00 per serving so $708.
Wow! Thanks for the help and clarification. If I had been paying attention to the servings then I would have caught that! I thought my prices where reasonable but wanted to see what everyone else thought.
