Today I finally found a place that sells Bettercream!! I bought a small container of Bettercream icing and I put it in the trunk of the car and I forgot about it until I came home which was 4 hours later!!! and remembered that bought Icing!!! Today's temperatre was between 34-40 F..
Do you think I can still use it without poisoning anybody??!!!
Do you think it is spoiled?
It's probably fine. Was it frozen to begin with? It's not real cream and it didn't get totally warm so not sure what there is to spoil but I don't know for sure. Try to whip it up and see how it acts... Taste it? It may not whip up if it is ruined. Good Luck. I use Pastry Pride which I think is similar.
okay where are you and where did you find it!!!
