I have been trying all morning ,with my daughters help, to upload my first pictures, but nothing is happening! please help me!
There is something wrong with the upload feature today. I, too, have been trying to upload photos, and it is not working. If you will notice, the pictures on the home page under "Newest Cake Decorating Photos" have not changed in the last several hours. So, there has to be a glitch that they are working on.

Yeah- I noticed that too!! Couldn't get anything to upload!
Ugh! For the first time in days CC is actually running quickly and it won't allow me to upload my picture! 
I hope they fix it soon!
Just FYI
The photos listed under Uploaded today have been there for two days. I've been trying to upload a photo of my cake since Sunday morning. I've even changed my pic to be 1000 Pixels, and under 2mb.
Also, I'm having problems in all area, recipes, forums, galleries, etc...
