As in the past the winner name is the newsletter, which I think they have not sent out yet due the problems with CC. So if you are signed up for newsletter you know. You can sign for the newsletter to the left of the screen click "newsletter" or to your info section.

the last i heard (i read it yesterday, not sure when it was posted, by someone high up the chain though!) they were having problems due to the site maintennce, and it was going to be anounced once it got sorted out, in the next newsletter.
