Non Perishable Fillings???

Is there any filling that you can think of that is close to a moouse that is not perishable?

Ok I've serached more to try and find something that will work.

Would the SMBC be considered non perishable since it has been cooked?

What about a whipped chocolate garnach? You heat the cream and such, would that work?

What do you all do? Just deliver the cake later so it's not sitting out very long?

Ok I can't believe not one of you has an ideas for fillings that are non perishable. I'm not asking for your best mix. .... just point me in the right direction. icon_smile.gif

Is there really nothing out there but bagged fruit fillings?
